Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026.

The short version: be 13 or older, check what the AI wrote before you rely on it, only record people who agreed, and a paid plan renews every month until you cancel it in the app.

1. The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Bravogram (bravogram.com), a voice note app run from California, USA. By signing in or using the app you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who can use it

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. The account is for you alone. Keep your Google account safe, because whoever can use it can read your notes.

4. What Bravogram does, and its limits

You talk, and software turns what you said into text and sorts it into tasks, ideas and notes. It can also carry out spoken instructions, send reminder emails and, on Pro, send a daily plan and a weekly review.

This is done by AI and it makes mistakes. It can mishear a word, miss something you said, get a date wrong or put a thing in the wrong place. Emails can arrive late or not at all. Check anything that matters. Do not rely on Bravogram for emergencies, medicine, legal or money decisions, or anything where a mistake could hurt someone.

5. Your words stay yours

What you say and write belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. We do not use it to train AI models and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for what you record. Record yourself. Record other people only with their permission: in California and many other places it is against the law to record a private conversation without everyone’s consent.

6. What you may not do

7. Plans, payment and renewal

8. Changes, and ending

We may add, change or remove features, and change the limits of a plan. If a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app.

9. No promises about results

Bravogram is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months or 50 US dollars, whichever is more. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here takes away rights that the law says cannot be taken away.

11. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes are handled by the courts of California, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using Bravogram after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Other companies’ names

ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Perplexity and other names and marks shown on our site belong to their owners. Bravogram is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
